Some of the details requested throughout this questionnaire may have been discussed already, during your initial planning consultation or various communications. Ensuring all areas are completed within this form will simply allow your Wedding Planner to make sure no major details are missed! Once the first draft of your timeline is created through inclusion of the below details, there will be multiple meetings between you and your Wedding Planner to perfect each area.
