Below, you will find the Kassia Tjia Events budget creation questionnaire. This questionnaire has a series of questions that will assist your KTE Wedding Planner in creating a wedding budget for you, that allows for elements that are most important to you, while remaining inclusive of all that you envision for your wedding day.

Some of the details requested throughout this questionnaire may have been discussed already, during your initial planning consultation. Because your Wedding Planner will work closely with the details outlined within this, we simply ask that all details are completed, to ensure nothing is missed throughout your budget!

OVERALL WEDDING BUDGET

You are welcome to list a range if you aren't settled on an exact top end budget amount, or list $0 if you would prefer that your Wedding Planner create your budget based on your guest count and preferences, and work together from there to finalize an overall budgeted amount that you are comfortable with.

GUEST COUNT

What is the maximum amount of guests you plan to invite? We will budget based on this number, and adjust accordingly as needed.

WEDDING PARTY

How many wedding party members will you have? Let us know how many will be on each side, if you have decided. If you're unsure at this time, feel free to list a ballpark amount! The reason we ask this question, is so that we can accurately budget for items such as bouquets & boutonnieres.
